    FIP TKD Dual Block® 3 Way Ball Valve T-Port (Plain /Glue) - 20mm

    FIP DUAL BLOCK® T-port is a specific configuration of a true union 3-way ball valve manufactured by FIP, designed for versatile fluid control applications, including mixing, splitting, and diverting. The "T-port" refers to the T-shaped bore in the internal ball, which creates multiple flow paths depending on the handle position. The 3-way Valve is made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC). 

    DUAL BLOCK® is the new patented system developed by FIP that gives the possibility to lock the union nuts of true union ball valves in a preset position. The locking device then ensures the nuts are held in position even under severe service conditions: i.e. vibration or thermal expansion.

     

    The 3-way valves typically come in two variations, T-Port and L Port:

    • L-Port: Diverts flow between two outlets (e.g., inlet → outlet A or inlet → outlet B).

    • T-Port: Can allow mixing, splitting, or diverting of flow between three ports.

    • Patented SEAT STOP® ball carrier system that lets you micro-adjust ball seats and minimise axial force effects.
    • PN16 True Union valve body made for rigid PVC-U injection moulding, equipped with built-in bores for actuation. ISO 9393 compliant test requisites

      • Mixing: Combining flow from two inlet ports into a single outlet port.
      • Splitting/Distribution: Dividing flow from a single inlet port into two outlet ports.
      • Straight-through Flow: Enabling flow between two opposite ports with minimal pressure drop.
    • DUAL BLOCK® System: A patented locking mechanism that ensures the union nuts remain securely tightened even under conditions of vibration or thermal expansion, preventing accidental disassembly.
    • Actuation: Features an integrated bracket for easy installation of pneumatic or electric actuators for automated systems.
