    Changing the Cartridges

    1. Shut off the water supply valve leading into the DP190 manifold assembly.

    2. Vent system pressure by opening a connected downstream valve or pressing the pressure relief button on the manifold.

    3. Twist the old cartridge 1/4 turn to the left (counterclockwise) to release it from the Sanitary Quick Change (SQC) head.

    4. Align the top tabs of the new cartridge with the head, push up, and turn 1/4 turn to the right (clockwise) until it locks.

    5. Restore the water supply and flush the new cartridges for 5 minutes prior to returning connected equipment to service.
