O-ring seals for Germicidal UV lights 

• The O-ring seal fits around the Germicidal UV light's quartz sleeve.
• The O-ring seal seals off the end /ends of the UV Light, preventing water from leaking out the side/sides of the light. 
• The O-ring can perish or become damaged over time as the UV light's quartz sleeve is removed for cleaning.

Keep in mind 

Depending on the Germicidal UV Light model there will either be a single O-ring on one side of the quartz sleeve, or two o-ring seals on either side of the quartz sleeve. 

Germicidal UV light models that are sealed on one side will only use a single o-ring, such as the E-60 or HC-720 UV Lights. 

Germicidal UV light models that have two caps on either side of the housing will require two o-rings, such as the E-180 or EB-24 UV Lights.
