The Dispensers are designed to be used with the 18.9 Litre Water Bottles or the top filling filter bottles.• The water coolers and its cooling system is similar to that of a fridge. Thus, it should be kept upright at all times. We try to make this as obvious as possible to the couriers, but sometimes they simply ignore this. Thus, when you receive the dispensers, please try and keep them upright and standing still for at least 48 – 72 hours before switching them on or putting water through the system.
• Similarly important, since the cooling circuit is designed to cool water effectively, it is incredibly important to make sure that there is water present in your dispenser first, before turning it on for the first time. If this is not done, the dispensers cooling circuit will “short out” to protect itself and will have to be “reset” manually, which is unnecessarily manual labour intensive.
