Filtershop offers you the option to have one of our technicians come out to your site and do a full inspection and evaluation of your system, taking into consideration your specific needs and requirements.

During these inspections we can assist you with the following:

•   Flushing your system, i.e. in the case of your system having membranes.
•   Filter changes or replacements i.e. filters reaching the end of they`re efficiency lifespan.
•   Fault finding, i.e. why the system is not operating the way it should or is expected to.
•   Possible shortcomings of your system, i.e. why the system is not producing enough water.
•   Proposing possibilities in adjustments to an existing system in cases where either your water and/or water quality has changed.
•   Proposing possibilities in adjustments to an existing system in cases where product water demand has been increased.
•   Doing frequent lab water analysis` i.e. where your water must be kept at a certain level of mineral content, etc.

Maintenance Contracts.

Since we know the importance of proper and good product water, and we realize that there is no room for error when it comes to delivering good quality water for your specific application scenario, we also offer our clients the option of a Maintenance contract, which helps to ensure that you know that your system is always being taken care of.

Maintenance contracts are being written case to case, which once again makes sure that we take care of your specific needs and requirements.
